I hope you are having a pleasant day and thanks for your kind reply.
I have not been issued any formal notification about the outcome of my request. Please provide me with this documentation.
Also, as you had directed, I called Winbank Phone Banking service several times and spoke with three diferent representatives about this issue. As discussed over the phone, I had provided the bank teller with my Greek identification (A. 462 791) and cash (1,300,000 Drachmas) upon opening my bank account. But, the bank could not confirm if the teller had made the appropriate copies of my identification or correctly filed my new account within the bank's records. The bank cannot locate any additional information, and it seems that the only legitimate record is the hardcopy of my bank book which was issued by the teller.
Thank you for contacting us and we remain at your disposal.

Dear Ms. Manousou Christina,
I recieved and filed your
recent email of 27/7/18 with a denial of my request for wrtten information of
your findings on my account. If you can't send written information by email
because of sensitive information, please send a hard copy letter using the
postal sevice.
You stated in your email
to me:
"in
order to check the possibility of receiving a formal documentation, as you
mention, apart from the notification you have already been provided you with,
you need to visit in person your cooperative branch."
The
notification that you mentioned that I have already been
provided was over the telephone from Ms.Theano Chourmouzi from Piraeus
Bank at Panepistimiou #16. The notification was verbal over the phone and
sounded more like guessing on her part. She asked me to contact your department
for a written statement and further notification of the bank's findings of this
matter.
As for my
visit in person to the cooperative branch, please read carefully the previous
emails at the beginning of our correspondence, which clarify that I did
visit "in person" three branches and the Headquarters of Piraeus Bank
at Amerikis Street #4 and talked to Mrs. L. Havela of the legal department
during my trip to Greece on June 8-21, 2018, to specifically clear this matter
and confirm the status of my account to date!
In conclussion of my visit, I was informed multiple times that:
"Because of the nature of the times of hand-written
information from my Greek identification card to establish my savings account
and create an information card of my
identity for the bank's records, as the bank issued my savings
account, mistakes have been made by bank personnel."
In addition, I contacted other personel from your institution and was
informed that as a holder of a legitiment personal bank-book savings account, that I am a legal holder
of this account and it is not my fault the bank cannot function to locate the
information of it, do to internal mistakes that have been made during the time
of recording my personal information from my legal Greek identification card (TAYTOTITA).
In closing, I would appreciate it if you would grant my legal grounds and
inform me of the up-to-date status of my account.
Sincerely,
(in person)

Dear Mr Meimaroglou,
In connection to our previous communication, we would like to mention that
it is not possible to announce portfolio data via e-mail, for safety reasons.
Thus, in order to check the possibility of receiving a formal
documentation, as you mention, apart from the notification you have already
been provided you with, you need to visit in person your
cooperative branch.
We remain at your disposal.
Kind regards,
Manousou Christina

Dear Piraeus Bank
Representative, I hope you are having a pleasant day. My name is Anastasios
Meimaroglou and it has come to my attention that Piraeus Bank cannot locate the
information for my account 1182/5265, including the balance of 1,300,000
Drachmas. I have been directed by Ms. Havela from your legal department's
central office at 4 Amerikis Street, Athens, Greece, to submit this formal
request for my funds. My account 1182/5265 (verification code 1704/39) was
opened on January 16, 1992 at the Central Branch of Athens (which at the time
was on the corner of Stadiou and Korai Street). I had opened this account with
a deposit of 1,300,000 Drachmas which was earned from the sale of inherited
real estate property. The respective property and sales taxes had been paid
in-full and collected from the attorney at the time of sale's closing. I have
the formal records of my deposit book, which was issued by Piraeus Bank, that
verifies my account information and account balance. Copies of these records
and my personal identification are available at the following branches: 1)
Theano Hourmouzi: 16 Panepistimiou, Athens 106 72 (216
600 3461) 2) Ioannis Trousas: 67 Vas. Paulou & Digeni, Voula 166 73 (210
899 6286) 3) Giota Diamanti: 31 Panepistimiou, Athens 105 64 (210
373 9592) Please locate my funds and convert them to Euros, including the
account's long-term accrued interest. All information about this matter may be
accessed from Ms. Havela: havelal@piraeusbank.gr (210 328 8251) Thank you very much for your time
and attention, and your assistance is greatly appreciated. Best regards,
